
Earning Your Nursing License Credentials
It is our goal to prepare all graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to pass nursing certification exams on the first try. Recent graduates of the program have had 98% first-time pass rates.
Family Nurse Practitioner graduates are eligible to sit for the Family Nurse Practitioner certification exam offered by the American Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Nurse Midwifery/Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner graduates are eligible to sit for certification exams offered by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB, formerly ACNM-American College of Nurse Midwives) and the National Certification for Obstetric, Gynecological, and Neonatal Nursing Specializations (NCC).
Nurse Educator graduates are eligible to sit for the Certified Nurse Educator certification exam offered by the National League for Nursing (NLN).
Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner/Adult Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist graduates are eligible to sit for the Adult Gerontology ACNP and/or the Adult Gerontology CNS exam for board certification and credentialing offered by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Associate of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN).
