Georgetown University’s online graduate nursing programs are currently authorized to operate and/or not subject to approval in the following states plus the District of Columbia and the United States Virgin Islands: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Student Grievances
The NHS Academic Affairs Office advises students regarding academic-related grievances (such as grade appeals) and guides students to appropriate University offices and resources for other types of concerns. As per University policy, those who file good faith grievances or reports of problems will not be subject to retaliatory action.
Students enrolled in the online graduate nursing programs may contact their respective state department/agency for complaints about the University.
