Georgetown University School of Nursing encourages students to explore every option available to them when considering how to finance their nursing degree, including external scholarships, employer tuition assistance, personal funds, military education benefits, and student loans.
How to Apply for Financial Aid
The Georgetown Office of Student Financial Services accepts financial aid applications from prospective graduate students throughout the academic year. We encourage you to apply for financial aid in conjunction with your admissions application.
To apply for federal student aid, follow these steps:
- Download the Nursing@Georgetown Financial Aid Checklist (PDF).
- Apply for a Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID username and password; this will create your electronic signature required for the application.
- Complete the FAFSA and include Georgetown’s school code: 001445.
- Once you submit the FAFSA, it will be transferred electronically to the Georgetown University Office of Student Financial Services.
