Spotlight on Men’s Health
Preventive care is an important piece of every individual’s health. However some populations are less likely to engage with primary care providers than others, and this can affect their health care outcomes.
Men live an average of 4.8 years less than women, and despite this rate improving over time (down from 5.2 years in 2000), there are still steps that can be taken in health education and to raise awareness to improve men’s health. We created a new infographic to explore men’s health in detail and to collect guidelines for improving men’s overall wellness.
