Complete Your Enrollment

  • Sign and complete your Intent to Enroll document (you will receive this via email).
  • Pay your enrollment deposit

Before You Begin Classes

You will need to complete the following tasks before you begin classes. Select each task to view instructions. 

  1. Set Up Your Required Accounts: Activate the Georgetown University accounts you will use throughout your time in the program, including GU Experience and Hoya Mail. Set up your accounts.
  2. Confirm Your Enrollment: To confirm your enrollment, you will need to sign your Intent to Enroll (ITE) form and pay your non-refundable enrollment deposit in GU Experience within 14 days of receiving your ITE. You should have received an email containing the ITE form. NetID and temporary log in credentials to GU Experience will be emailed to you by your Enrollment Specialist 24-48 hours after signing the ITE so that you can log in and pay your non-refundable enrollment deposit. Pay your deposit
  3. Begin the Financial Aid Process: If you are planning to pursue financial aid, consider beginning the application process as soon as possible. Apply for financial aid.
  4. Connect With Your Student Success Team: Your Student Success Team will host a program welcome session and success planning calls to prepare you for the start of classes. The team will reach out to you but you can also reach them at: onlinenursingstudentsupport@georgetown.edu
  5. Submit Transcripts and Complete Clinical Requirements: You will need to send official transcripts and meet certain requirements to be able to begin classes and participate in clinical placements. Review academic and clinical requirements.
  6. Register for Classes: These instructions will tell you everything you need to know to register for your classes. Register for classes.

Classes Complete Orientation and Onboarding Sessions: You will need to complete an online orientation course as well as attend a technology training session and a student-to-student panel before classes begin. Sign up for onboarding.
