If you have not done so already, you must provide official transcripts showing conferral of all degrees, a completed statistics course (if applicable), and any graduate-level work (if applicable). These are due three weeks prior to starting the term.
You may have your official transcripts sent by mail to:
Georgetown University Application Processing Center Nursing@Georgetown PO Box 30096 008-001 College Station, TX 77842
You are required to obtain an RN license for your state of residence and for any neighboring states within 100 miles of your preferred placement address.
Background Check, Drug Screen, and Immunization Requirements
As a Nursing@Georgetown student, you are required to maintain full clinical compliance at all times in the program. To manage this, you will utilize a database system called CastleBranch. Follow the instructions in the guide below to place your order for your first annual drug screen and background check package.
Your background check package will allow you to purchase your entire medical document manager and your first OSHA/HIPAA annual requirement.
The background check and drug test are due 21 days prior to the start of classes and should be completed prior to this deadline. All other items need to be completed by the first week of classes. Contact your Student Success Specialist if you have additional questions or need assistance.
