You will be assigned a dedicated Student Success Specialist, who will guide you throughout your time at Georgetown University, beginning with the onboarding process. He or she will be your first point of contact for any questions related to registration, CastleBranch, and other University resources.

Your Admissions Counselor will schedule a program welcome session for you and a member of the Student Success team via the virtual platform. During this session you will discuss next steps, be provided with additional resources, and get answers to any questions that you may have.

Student Success Planning calls are one-on-one sessions with your Student Success Specialist designed to help you complete your first-term requirements and set you up for success during your first semester.

You will meet with your Student Success Specialist prior to starting the semester and several times during your first semester to ensure you are on track and that all of your questions are answered.
