How to Apply for Federal Financial Aid
The Georgetown University Office of Student Financial Services accepts financial aid applications throughout the academic year. If you have not yet begun the application process, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
To apply for federal student aid, follow these steps:
- Download the Nursing@Georgetown Financial Aid Checklist (PDF).
- Apply for a Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID username and password; this will create your electronic signature required for the application.
- Complete the FAFSA and include Georgetown’s school code: 001445. Once you submit the FAFSA, it will be transferred electronically to the Georgetown University Office of Student Financial Services.
